Capt. Eduardo E. Letti
A professional pilot since 1986 is the CEO of EC Aviation Group Corp. With 34 years of aviation experience and 16,000 hours of flight in more than 20 different types of aircraft, Capt. Letti’s career includes 20 years as an airline pilot followed by 14 years as manager of Private Flight Departments operating worldwide. In the latter position, Capt. Letti has been responsible for aircraft airworthiness compliance, implementation of Safety Management System (SMS), IS-BAO certification, supervision of aircraft audits by the FAA, MEL approvals, STC projects, FAA validation flights, Ops Specs approval, aircraft cabin and avionics upgrades and on site C check oversight. Capt. Letti is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with Magna Cum Laude distinction.
Capt. Steven T. Brown
Capt. Steven Brown is a veteran in the industry with more than 20,000 hours under his belt. Rated to operate several aircraft, Capt. Brown has more than 35 years of experience both in the airline environment and VIP aircraft flying. Capt. Brown has ATP licenses issued by the US FAA and Transport Canada. He’s the head of our training department.
Capt. Daniel Diaz
Capt. Daniel Diaz has 16,500 hours of total flight time and more than 10,000 hours in command of B737 aircraft, from the -200 thru the -800 including the BBJ1 and BBJ2. Capt. Diaz is licensed by the FAA in the ATP category.
Capt. Regis Thiebaut
Capt. Regis Thiebaut has a total of 11,534 flight hours with 2911 in command of B737NG aircraft. Capt. Thiebaut has ATP licenses issued by the US FAA and Europe’s EASA.
Maintenance
Alan Croxton
Mr. Croxton brings 37 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. His expertise includes Fleet Maintenance Tracking, Staff Training and Supervision, Avionics, Lead Mechanic, AOG repairs and Troubleshooting, Heavy Maintenance Representative. Mr. Croxton is licensed by the FAA to work on DC9/MD80, B737 CL, B737NG, B757, B757, A319, A320, A321, A330, Fokker 100/F28, F900B and CL-605
Jose Valcir De Souza
Mr. De Souza is a 39-year veteran in aviation Maintenance with 32 years of distinguished service for the Brazilian Air Force. While in the military, Mr. De Souza received technical training in the Bell 205 (UH-1H), flying rescue missions, SC-95B/EMB-110 (Bandeirante), VU-35A (LearJet), VH-55 helicopter (Esquilo), and finally in the B737-200 when he joined the special group in charge of the Presidential Flights. For providing excellent services, Mr. De Souza was awarded the “Order of Aeronautical Merit”, by the Brazilian Government. In 2003, Mr. De Souza transitioned to civilian aviation. In this phase he held positions as the lead mechanic and inflight technician at private flight departments operating B737-200 in the VIP configuration.
Vilmar Strobl
Mr. Vilmar Strobl is a qualified maintenance technician with Airframe, Powerplant and Avionic licenses issued by the U.S. FAA, Brazilian ANAC, and Europe’s EASA. Mr. Strobl has extensive international experience with aircraft monitoring programs, pre-buy inspections, bank audits, aircraft evaluations, aircraft deliveries, maintenance tracking programs, AOG support, invoice control, warranty claims, quality control management, aircraft acceptance and certification, certificate of airworthiness issue for Cayman, Bermuda, Island of Man and Switzerland CAAs.
